In a Rohingya settlement in Karachi, children walk dusty alleys carrying heavy containers just to bring water home.
The water is often salty.
Sometimes contaminated.
Always uncertain.
For families here, clean water is not guaranteed.

As a physician-led initiative, we see this clearly:
Clean water is not charity.
It is health. It is dignity.
We are installing a community Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system inside the settlement.
This system will:
✔ Remove harmful salts and contaminants
✔ Produce thousands of liters of safe drinking water daily
✔ Serve 1,000–2,000 people
✔ Operate sustainably with local oversight
This is permanent infrastructure.
Not temporary aid.

A child no longer carries contaminated water.
An elder drinks safely.
A family saves money on tanker deliveries.
A community gains stability.
